Trumps Sanctions on International Criminal Court...
US President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court over investigations of Israle, a close U.S alley, the White House said.
The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for alleged war crime's related to Israel's military actions towards Palestinians in Gaza after the Hamas attack against Israel in October.
The order says that the ICC is carrying out "illegitimate and baseless actions targeting America and our close ally Israle" and accuses the court of misusing its power by issuing "baseless arrests warrant" against Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant.
Trump's orders say that ICC's actions sets a "dangerous precedent".
