Leaders of political parties are busy campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections in the country. In this sequence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address public meetings in West Bengal and Bihar on Sunday 12 May. PM Modi is continuously campaigning vigorously. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached Kolkata from Jharkhand last night, is going to address four election rallies in West Bengal today.

Rallies will be held in three districts, Barrackpore, Panchala, Chinsurah and Pursura, where the Prime Minister will reach amid tight security. PM Modi is scheduled to address four public meetings in West Bengal. PM Modi will address public meetings at Barrackpore at 11:30 am, Hooghly at 1 pm, Arambag at 2:30 pm and Howrah at 4 pm.

From West Bengal, the Prime Minister will visit Bihar and hold a road show in Patna at 6:45 pm. In a first for any Prime Minister, PM Modi will hold a road show in Patna today in support of NDA candidates. The road show will run for about 2.5 km from Bhattacharya Road-Peermuhani corner to Udyog Bhawan near Gandhi Maidan. Modi is expected to reach Patna around 3 pm. Earlier, the route was planned to be about 3.4 km starting from Dak Bungalow crossing.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will participate in the election programs of Pratapgarh, Rae Bareli and Gonda on Sunday. Whereas UP CM Yogi Adityanath will address election rallies in Mohanlalganj, Kaiserganj and Amethi Lok Sabha constituencies.
