The Capacity Building Centre (CBC), Cotton University in collaboration with Civil Services Achievers’ Point (CSAP), Guwahati launched a coaching programme for civil service aspirants here today. Dr. Sangeeta Barthakur, Director, CBC in her welcome address underlined that 80 students from across different educational institutions including Cotton University have registered for the programme.
