Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee, questioning the progess to CBI's investigation of 31 year old trainee- doctor of RG Kar Hospital Kolkata who was brutally raped and murder, she announced she will call an assembly session in the next week to pass a Bill ensuring capital punishment for rapists.
She also mentioned, 'We will send the Governor to the Bill, if he does not pass, we will sit outside Raj Bhavan, The Bill must has to passed, and he cannot evade accountability this time.
