The Supreme Court has taken suo motu over Kolkata trageic trainee doctor at the R.G Kar Medical College and Hospital. A third bench comprising Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra will hear the case on August 20, 2024
