Terrible road accident. Five Indian students were killed in a road accident near Toronto, Canada. Two were also seriously injured.
The students were travelling west in a passenger van on Saturday morning when the vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer. The Indian High Commission of Canada said five Indian students died in the tragic accident. On the other hand two passengers were reportedly seriously injured and hospitalised in the accident. All were studying in the Area of Montreal and Greater Toronto.
Indian envoy Ajay Bisaria tweeted, "Heart-breaking tragedy in Canada: Five Indian students were killed in an auto accident near Tornto on Saturday. Two others in the hospital. Deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. @IndiainToronto team is in touch with the friends of the victims for help. ”
