On 28 February, Wedensday film actress and former BJP MP Jaya Prada have been considered abconded in two cases which is related to the violation of the code of conduct, Jaya Prada failed to appear for a court hearing, the repeated notices and non-bailable warrent against her, by the time of Jaya Prada was in jailed before 6 months with a fine in a old case.
Rampur court in Uttar Pradesh issued CrPc order 82 for her non-appearance on Tuesday after issuing a non-bailable warrent several warrents. Senior Prosecution Officer Amarnath Tiwari said she was connection with two election code violation case in 2019, the case were resgistered against Jaya Prada at Kemari and Swar police station.
Magistrate Court Judge Shobhit Bansal issued non-bailable warrent to Prada due to her non-appearance in court on the previous date. As per reports Inspector Ranji Trivedi said the accused w3as protecting herself and her phone is switched off.
The order has been made, and the Superientent of Police has been ordered to form a team to arrest her and bring her to court for the hearing and the next date which is on March, 6
