RTI activist Dulal Bora was arrested in Delhi. The Delhi Crime Branch has arrested Dulal Bora. The victim was identified as Dulal Bora. Dulal Bora was arrested from a hospital in Delhi. he victim was arrested while trying to be admitted to the hospital.
Dulal Bora has 35 cases registered against him in different parts of the state. Dulal Bora is accused of blackmailing various people through RTI. He was also involved with the deceased of BJP leader Debajit Hazarika in Sonari. The BJP leader wrote in the note mentioning the name of Dulal Bora.
