The ED filed the seventh supplementary chargesheet in the Rose Avenue court in Delhi on July ED claims that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is the main accused in the Delhi liquor policy scam. The chargesheet alleges that large sums of money raised in the liquor policy scam have been spent in the name of the Aam Aadmi Party. The ED has claimed that the AAP has spent money raised in excise scams in the 2022 elections in Goa. In 2022, the CBI and ED filed separate cases. From October 2023 to March 2024, the ED issued nine summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning in the case. The ED arrested Arvind Kejriwal on March 21 after the Delhi High Court dismissed his advance bail application
