On May 10, Supreme Court will deliver on granting interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam.
The bench of supreme court, Sanjeev Khanna which heard Mr. Kejriwal's petition against his arrest in the case and said "We will pronounce interim bail (on interim bail) on Friday. The main matters related to the challenge to arrest will also be taken on the same day".
Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader was arrested on March 21 and also currently lodged in Tihar Jail under judicial custody.
The bench also comprising Justice Dipankar Datta had reserved its verdict on interim jail to Kejriwal on May 07.
The two bench has risen without pronouncing order on granting Kejriwal interim bail to enable him to campaign in Lok Sabha elections.
