AOC-IN-C EAC VISITS AIR FORCE STATION JORHAT

Air Marshal Surat Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Air Command visited Air Force Station Jorhat on 17 June 2025, which is a premier transport airbase in Assam. He was received by Air Commodore R Arvind, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Jorhat.

The Air Marshal Chaired a ‘Conference on Transport Operations in North East India’. The Conference was conducted on 17 & 18 June 2025 and was attended by the senior dignitaries of Indian Air Force and Indian Army. The Air Marshal also inaugurated a new Squadron complex, constructed as part of the modernisation of infrastructure in EAC and he also interacted with the Station personnel.
