Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief has field a petition in the Supreme Court, seeking an extension of his interim bail by seven days, according to ANI report.
He was granted 21-days of interim bail by the apex court on may 10 in the money laundering case linked with the Delhi excise policy scam. The plea said the chief minister is required to undergo some medical test and for this purpose, the interim bail, which is ending on June 1, to be extended
"Delhi CM Kejriwal has to undergo PET-CT scan and other tests. Kejriwal asked for 7 days to get the investigation done" said, Aam Aadmi Party.
