36 to 42 years: You can eat two cups of rice and two loaves of bread throughout the day. It is best not to eat potatoes if possible. It is better not to eat the chira, chira or biscuits. If you are physically active, you can eat a maximum of 100 grams of rice.
After the age of 42: You can eat two and a half cups of rice and one or two loaves of bread every day. It is better not to eat potatoes, biscuits, muri, chira.
