Days after Kejriwal arrest, the Enforcement Directorate summoned Delhi Minister and AAP leader for questioning in a connection of money laundering linked with the liquor policy case, Kailash Gehlot 49 years old and AAP MLA from Delhi Najafagarh, he is a transport minister home and law in the Delhi goverenment.
The ED has so far arrested Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal including deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia of AAP Rajya Sabha and Sanjay Singh in the case, while Kejriwal arrested on March 21 and currently in ED custody and Sisodia and Singh are lodged in Delhi Tihar jail.
The AAP party has denied on ED allegations of money laundering probe and exice policy accused Centre using ED target party leaders on fake charge, the party has claimed that the agency has no evidence an allegations of money laundering except the statements of some arrested people who are allegedly threatened into the naming of AAP leaders.
AAP Leader Dilip Kumar Pandey accused BJP goverenment "dictatorship" he added, ''It would be very shocking for us, if ED doesn't issue any notice. Now, the whole nation is uniting against the dictatorship of the BJP. We have called upon the entire nation to protest against the hooliganism of the BJP and against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal".
