EVM Machine Gone Missing In Assam....

Amid election prepartions in Udalguri districts , an issue has arisen one VVPAT machine marked one identifier EVTEB96784 has been reportdely missing.

A enquiry was conducted by the Joint Chief Electoral Officer deputed from the Office of Chief Electoral Officer Assam, has been initiated investigation.

The strong room reportedly had 24*7 CCTV coverage and armed security, personnel and stringnent storage with the participation of the political parties at every stage, authorities.

As per reports, ECHL factory along with FLC non-functional units shifted after FLC completion, hence this matter is taken up with ECIL.

Further investigation is undertaken.
