The Delhi High Court will hear today CM Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by ED in connection with the Delhi liquor policy scam case.
The CM has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against his arrest and the trial's court custody.
The matter will be heared by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, Kejriwal is currently in a judicial custody. Kejriwal has also sought interim relief in the case.
