Not only guwahati but many youths to ULFA- Director General of Police Bhaskarjyoti Mahanta. This was stated by the Director General of Police in an interview with reporters today.
He said, "Not only in Guwahati, but also in other parts of Assam, many youths have gone to ULFA. Bhaskarjyoti Mahanta however said that we suspect that ULFA has never confirmed.
The director general of police said an inquiry has been initiated into the matter seriously.
He organised a press conference on assam police examination today. Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta also spoke about the examination of police posts at that press conference.
The written examination for 9017 posts of Assam Police will be held on February 20. Urges candidates to come to the centre one and a half hours ahead of schedule.
All candidates have to bring admit cards. Only black ball pens or pencils will be allowed to be used in the test.
Aadhaar, driving license or other letters must be brought as identity cards. Three layer security has been arranged for examination at every centre in 15 districts.
Mobile phones are banned inside the examination hall. The examination hall will have CCTV cameras and moving cameras.
Each centre will have a Jammer Detector. Teachers will also not be allowed to take mobile phones to the examination hall. The exam question paper has been set up by SEBA. The Director General of Police said assam police and SEBA will conduct the test jointly.
