The infection of Corona virus is on the rise in the state after the disaster.

According to the corona update released today, A total of 384 people were affected in the state on Thursday. Out of these, 147 were affected in Guwahati. 4 covid patients died in the last 24 hours. 6 out of the corona victims, 6 in Baksa, 18 in Barpeta, 11 in Kachar, 15 in Darang, 7 in Dibrugarh, 9 in Dima Hasao, 21 in Jorhat, 20 in Kamrup, 22 in Golaghat, 16 in Lakhimpur, 11 in Nagaon, 6 in Nalbari, 8 in Sivasagar and 23 in Sonitpur were identified.
Recently, it was reported that not a single person died in Covid on April 12. But the second wave of Covid-19 was seen to have taken an aggressive turn on these puja days. On the other hand, the highest number of 92 deaths were reported twice on May 17 and May 25 when the second wave touched the top in the state at the end of May.
India had conducted a covid test of about 10,000 people in Guwahati City known as the main gateway to the Northeast on October 19.
