Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday March 21 night in connection with the Delhi excise policy case.
Kejirwal arrested following his questioning ana searches at his residence by the ED.
AAP Minister Atishi said 'Kejirwal is and will remain Chief Minister of Delhi.
Delhi Minister Atishi said AAP has moved to the Supreme Court for quashing the arrest of Arvind Kejirwal.
Earlier the Delhi High Court refused to grant him interim relief from any coercive action in an excise policy linked with money laundering case.
Kejriwal skipped all summons of the agency in the case.
Atishi posted on X for an urgent hearing from the Supreme Court.
