The opening ceremony will start at 6 pm at Sarusajai Sports Complex in Guwahati, PM Narendra Modi will virtually inaugrate the 4th edition of Khelo India University Games 2023 Asthalaksmi on Monday February 19.
Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Information & Boardcasting Goverenment of India Anurag Singh Thakur and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will attend the inaugural ceremony of the Khelo India University Games 2023, Asthalaksmi.
Over 200 universities are participating in the 11 day Khelo India University Games.
Singer Angaraag Mahanta known as (Papon) will grace the ceremony.
