Union Ministry of Finanace has sanctioned Rs 2,500 crore for the roads development under the Externally Aided Projects (EAP)

Meghalaya Conrad Sangma thanks to Finanace Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in new Delhi on August 12 Monday and expressed his gratitude for new roads for the states. Sangma was accompanied by Deputy Chief MInister Prestone Tynsong during discussions.

CM Sangma posted this announcement on his microblogging site X.

He also requested the support of the Finance Minister for establishing growth hubs in New Shillong and other areas.
