Harini Amarasuriya, a 54 year old academic Sri Lanka's first female prime minister and the first Delhi'S Hindu College
She is a leader of the National People's Power, (NPP) who completed her undergraduate degree in sociology from Hindu College, who administered oath of office by the island's nation new president Anura Kumar Dissanayake in the capital of Colombo.
