Modi inaugurates Shankaracharya's bust: Special programme at 5 locations in Assam

The bust of Shankaracharya was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kedarnath today. Special programmes have been taken up at 5 places in Assam on the occasion of this programme. Live telecast of Kedarnath's programme has been arranged at all the places.

PM Modi unveils 12 feet high bust of Adiguru Shankaracharya Adiguru's tomb was destroyed in the devastating floods of 2013.

Special arrangements have also been made at Kamakhya, Shivdaul, Mahabhairav temple, Tilinga temple and Tukreswari. Apart from participating in the puja, Kamafame Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma participated in the puja. Shivdaulat Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Minister Yogen Mahan participated.
