Shubhrajyoti Bharali remanded in judicial custody

Controversial managing director of The Industrial Cooperative Bank Shubhrajyoti Bharali has been produced before a special court.

Shubhrjyoti Bharali has been remanded in judicial custody by the court after three days of police custody.

Bharali accused of embezzlement of Rs 50 crore of bank money. Controversial managing director Bharali did not open his mouth in this regard. The 7 associate officers are still absconding.

The bank officials involved in the scam Ganesh Deka, Rajeshwar Das Bharali have been hiding since their arrest. Also absconding are director Rinku Burman, chairman Mohit Chandra Gayari, deputy commissioner Naren Chandra Medhi, director Mukul Chandra Kalita.
