The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) on Tuesday announced the results for Class 5 and Class 8 examinations for the academic session 2025–26, with the overall pass percentage exceeding 97% in both categories.
According to official figures, Class 5 recorded a pass percentage of around 97.75%, while Class 8 registered approximately 97.01%, indicating a consistently high success rate among students across the state.
More than 26 lakh students who appeared for the examinations can now access their results online. The board conducted the exams between February and March this year.
Girls outperformed boys in both classes, continuing the trend seen in previous years. In Class 8, the pass percentage of girls was higher than that of boys, reflecting improved academic performance among female students.
Students can check their results on the official portals — rajshaladarpan.nic.in and rajpsp.nic.in — by entering their roll number and other required credentials.
The board has also announced that students who were unable to clear the exams will be given an opportunity to appear for supplementary examinations, which are expected to be held later this year.
Officials said the timely declaration of results and high pass percentage highlight the effectiveness of the evaluation process and improvements in elementary education standards in Rajasthan.
