On 18th March, Delhi CM and national convenor Arvind Kejriwal skipped another summons issued by Enforcement Directorate (ED), called as illegal.
Kejirwal was issued summoned by ED under Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in the Delhi Jal Board Case.
AAP said in a statement, when there is bail from the court, why ED sending summons again and again, ED summons are illegal.
