Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday announced that the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2026 results will be declared on April 10, 2026.

The results will be made available on the official website of the Board of Secondary Education Assam — sebaonline.org, where students can access their scorecards by entering their roll numbers.
According to official information, the evaluation process of answer scripts is in its final stages, enabling the board to release the results within the expected timeline. The HSLC examinations were conducted earlier this year from February 10 to February 27 across multiple centres in the state.
The timely declaration of results is expected to benefit lakhs of students by allowing them to proceed with admissions to higher secondary courses without delay. The announcement also comes ahead of key events in the state, including the upcoming assembly elections and the Rongali Bihu festival.
Students have been advised to keep their admit cards ready and regularly check the official website for updates. The online results will be provisional in nature, while original mark sheets will be distributed later through respective schools.
