The CBI on Monday filed the chargesheet against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in an excise policy case in the Rose Avenue court. Following the filing of the chargesheet, a comprehensive explanation of the alleged misuse of Delhi excise policy has been offered, claiming that substantial financial misconduct was involved.
Kejriwal is currently under the judicial custody till August 8 in the case
