Kejrijwal appears before Delhi Rouse Avenue court via videoconferencing in case of ED summons. On Saturday 17 February exemption from physical appearance due to the confidence for the day as the Budget session is going on in the Delhi Assembly. Kejriwal was to appear the court under the summons issued to him on a complaint filed against him after he skipped the ED summons for the fifth time.
Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal senior advocate representing Ramesh Gupta moved an application seeking the CM exemption from personal appearence, the court lists the matter of next hearing on March 16.
The Assembly will discuss the motion on Saturday.
