Zubeen Garg Asks Chandmari Bihu Committe To Tender Apology To Diganta Bharati, Says It's An Order Not A Request
Singer Zubeen Garg, millions of Assamese music lovers has jumped into controversy over the alleged insult to veteran singer Diganta Bharati who ws uncreamoniously told to leave the stage by the Bihu Committee fpor allegedly taking to the stage in a jeans trouser, asking the bihu committee to tender a unconditional apology to a Diganta Bharati over the recent incident.
'What happened should not have taken a place with an artiste. Diganta Bharati had gone as a guest and not to perform. The Chandmari Bihu committee should tender him an apology, and it's an order and not an request.
Garg said while performing at another Bihu cultural night in Nalbari.
