Kaziranga National Park: Jeep Safari & Elephant Safari To Remain Closed From May....

Kaziranga National Park has notified that the jeep safari & elephant safaries at the park remain closed from May 1 and 16 respectively for the entirety of 2023-24 season due to weather conditions  and poor road conditions.

Accoring to a officially notification released by the Divisional Forest Officer of the Eastern Assam Wildlife Division, atre cited and the condition  casude for closure, the elephant safari will close from May 1, 2024, will jeep safari will be from May 16, 2024,

During monsoon every year Kaziranga National Park shuts  due to heavy rainfall, where the road conditions makes it dangerous.
