IMD predicts national capital's minimum temperature could up to 4 degree Celsius on Thursday, Cold wave have gripped north Indian states including the national capital which is currently freezing at 4.8 degree

The cold wave also impacted neighbouring states like, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana as per reports.
IMD forecast clear skies for the day, with the maximum temperature expected to reach 23 degree Celsius.
