Today when you open Google, you see an artistic doodle. Google's Today doodle shows a man performing music. This person is electronic musician and physicist Oscar Sala (Google celebrated the 112th birthday of Oscar Sala).
Google remembers the legendary electronic musician by creating a Google Doodle on his 112th birthday. His greatest fame came from the music produced in 1959 for Alfred Hisak's 'The Bird's' and Rosemary films.
Sala had been immersed in music since birth because her mother Anemeri (1887-1959) worked as a singer, and her father Paul (1874-1932) was an ophthalmologist who promoted his musical talent. Oscar Sala made many of the best music and sound effects by sitting in the recording studio. His music composed for TV, radio and film became quite famous.
From the age of 14, Sala started composing music in violins and pianos. He later studied physics and composition. The electronic musician studied physics at the University of Berlin to further expand his knowledge of mathematics and natural sciences.
He was honoured with several awards. The German musician and physicist has won many awards for his work, given numerous interviews, met many artists and was honored in radio broadcasts and films.
