Big decision by Tesla company chief Elon Musk. Mask, who recently came into contact with Twitter, sent a letter to break the relationship. The letter says That Alan Mask has cancelled a $44 billion deal he made to acquire Twitter and take it personally. At the same time this letter mentions several policy violations of the purchase agreement.
The letter sent on Friday said That Elon Musk has terminated the merger agreement as Twitter violated several principles of that agreement. At the same time, Elon Musk asked Twitter to share some information, but the company did not.
Just a few days ago, Elon Musk claimed to have 20 percent fake and palm accounts on Twitter, while the number could be more than four times Twitter's claim of five percent. Musk said that if this happens, he will not pursue the deal.
Twitter to go to court
Now Twitter has revealed that they will go to court over the issue of termination of the deal. Board chairman Brett Taylor said in a tweet that the Twitter board was committed to closing the transaction on the value and terms agreed with Elon Musk and planned to take legal action to enforce the merger agreement.
