On February 13, one woman and her husband were detained by Morigaon police in Assam for their alleged roles in the recent Grade-3 test for the health department question paper leak.
The accused woman, Nasma Begum, is thought to be the mastermind behind the paper leak. Mofiz Uddin, Nasma's spouse, has also been taken into custody to be interrogated.
